Barre Body Classes


Our main goal is to provide you with the best experience Barre/Yoga have to offer. That is why we are working to make sure you get your Barre in, BUT you don't skip out on your YOGA! Our Barre classes are all $8.00 drop in, until the end of September.   Our barre classes are all levels and experience.


Barre 60 is a highly effective full body workout set to motivating music that will burn fat, sculpt muscles, and lift your rear… all while having fun! A unique blend of elements from ballet, Pilates, and free weights, Studio Barre incorporates isometric movements, interval training, and stretching to chisel the waistline while producing the famous long lean muscles of a dancer. Using a combination of light weights, exercise tubing, and your own body weight for resistance, Studio Barre systemically works your whole body to tone arms, flatten abs, thin thighs, sculpt calves, and lift the seat. With stretching immediately following each exercise, you'll shape your muscles while improving posture and balance.


HOT BARRE BLAST - (45 Minutes)


Our Hot Barre Blast classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the burn every day! Unlike other Barre workouts, ours is performed in a heated room and focuses on burning fat and toning to achieve that long and lean body, faster. Hot Barre Blast fuses elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet into a total body workout that will change your body and get results. This intense, but easy to follow class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifted.


HIIT the Barre brings the best of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Barre into one class to challenge your cardio endurance and sculpt long, lean muscles. Based on the fusion of BARRE + CARDIO, HIIT the Barre kicks it up a notch from our Hot Barre Blast to include intense bursts throughout class. Come HIIT the Barre with us to build strength, grace, and endurance!
