The pursuit for self-contentment, internal happiness, and peace within can never be achieved by having the latest gadget or piece of technology. It can only be achieved from within.

It's no secret that meditation has been proven to release anxiety, depression, and increase ones overall health. However, for most people the word "meditation" can feel like this big task that is unatainable.  I've got news for you, meditation is available to you, it's not complicated and I am going to show you how. In this two-hour meditation workshop that will cover:

- Easy gudied meditation to use when your feeling overwhelmed

Each student will receive my E=Book FREE with guided short meditations to help you on your journey. Yoga teachers will receive CEU for attending.
