Tips For Tuesday...


When you begin to notice your thoughts you can begin to see what the universe is presenting to you. The mind is a powerful thing "What you think you truly become". What is your thought? We have thoughts all the time and most of the those thoughts are self sabotaging ones. They are formed from past beliefs. I call them "Brules". Brules are Bulls**t beliefs that we acquired during our childhood. Some might have came from our parents, grandparents, teachers, friends and even something we might witness watching the TV and formed this belief. But these beliefs have kept you from being the best version of yourself. Here are some of the things you can start to do right now!


  1. Wake up and say I am beautiful, I am smart, and I am ready to have a fabulous day.

  2. List three things you are grateful for. When we can fill our hearts with love, we can switch the narrative of our mind.

  3. Get in the car and play your favorite pick me up song! Start looking out the front window more rather then the rearview mirror. There's a reason why the front window to your car is so big and the rear is so small. The rear is your past and the front is your future. We continue to look behind and we miss everything that is right in front of us. So today look forward and continue to move forward, even if it is one step.

  4. Set a timer on your phone to go off three times a day - Saying how awesome you are. Stop and read it and continue on with your day.

  5. In the evening get our your journal and start the process of transformation. Write you five top common sayings, example would be "I don't know enough", "I hate my body". Change the meaning - even if you don't believe it at first. Example: I am so smart and I know so much, I can't wait to share it with the world. "My body is so healthy, I love feeding it with nourishing foods and it is getting skinner each day".
